Welcome to Solent Taekwon-Do

Solent Taekwon-Do is located in Colden Common, Winchester, Hampshire and is affiliated to the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) and Taekwon-Do Impact, we are committed to teaching ITF Taekwon-Do as it was intended by its founder General Choi Hong Hi.

Our aim is to produce students who excel in Taekwon-Do and acheive through hard word and dedication. With the use of scientifically proven techniques we can help you get the most out of your training.

The rewards for this dedication are numerous, you will acheive greater fitness, stamina and confidence, you will learn the art of self defence and you can compete at national or international levels through Taekwon-Do Impact and the International Taekwon-Do Federation.
